The Frostys bring joy to seniors living with dementia through music and fun. While we try our best at sing-a-longs, we're not a choir. No performance pressure either. The Frostys is an intergenerational community-engagement program. Or put simply, we connect kids and seniors to create moments of magic.

Facts about Our Senior Neighbors
50% of seniors living in care communities don't have family visitors. And 1 in 9 people over the age of 65 have Alzheimer's dementia,* which causes memory loss and functional impairment.
The Frostys are here to help. Our fun sing-a-long program makes it easy to connect with seniors with dementia. And with our research-based Frosty Songbook, the familiar songs we sing together activate "happiness hormones" in everyone in the room.
Intergenerational Connections
The Frostys program benefits ALL generations. Children build empathy and charitable spirits by spending time with seniors. And seniors feel connected to their community while enjoying happy childhood memories.
These positive emotions continue through the Cheer Cards handed out by each Frosty. Seniors treasure these handmade, heartfelt cards - often seeing them anew each day. An unforeseen gift of short-term memory loss.
The magic of music and joy of childhood fills the room at every sing-a-long - also touching caregivers, parents and friends as we come together as a community.

The Frostys
Founded in 2023, The Frostys is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) charity that supports child and adult volunteers willing to donate their time to plan and facilitate sing-a-longs at local Memory Care communities.
